DESCRIPTION:This training aims build individuals’ understanding\, skills and confidence to take safe and effective bystander action when they witness disrespectful behaviour in their organisation\, or other areas of their life. \nThe training is open to everyone. It’s especially valuable for members of organisations that have signed on to the Community\, Respect & Equality Agreement\, or anyone keen to discover practical ways to stand up against disrespect. \nWednesday 13th May\, 11:30am – 1pm at RUAH Group Room\, 85B Durlacher Street\, Geraldton. \nTo register\, please email isabelr@desertblueconnect.org.au \nThis program is proudly delivered by Community\, Respect & Equality\, with support from Desert Blue Connect\, RUAH\, Mission Australia and Ngala.  Workshop developed with the support of WA Centre for Rural Health.
